My name is Joy. I am a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) and I was a NICU nurse for 7 years before making that transition. I am originally from Illinois but now I live in Houston, TX. I am 42 years young which makes me a millennial! I am African American and I am super passionate about all things nursing, travel, and self-care.
