At least once in life, everyone has encountered a state of apathy and despair - a state when strength seems to drain away, interest fades, the world loses its color, and life grows pale, cold, and tasteless. When even the will to continue can feel fragile, as though surrender were the only possible relief.

This practicum is for those who seek to unveil another facet of their life force - a power that will lead you through any barrier and sustain you even in the darkest of times.

Where does this resource reside - the one that restores vitality, breaks through stalemates, and becomes a true inner support in difficult moments? The answers await within this practicum.

This practicum is open to students of the Menshikova School who have completed the 1st Basic Course of the Main Department.

Duration: 2 days, 3 hours each

Dates: January 16 and 18
Time: 7:00–10:00 PM (Moscow time)

✨ Enrollment is now open for the 1st Course of the Main Department -"The Etheric Body.”

If you decide to begin your studies, the starting point is the 1st Course of the Main Department. This course includes 8 steps (11 sessions) and can be taken either in an online group, or independently through recorded lessons via the School Store.

The Menshikova School has several departments:
Main department, Runes, Elements and AD LIB.

➢ Main Department: Liberation of Consciousness

This is the foundational program of the School. Here, you learn essential energy-work techniques, explore the architecture of consciousness, and begin operating within energetic and informational fields. Step by step, you develop practical skills on all levels of consciousness and move closer to understanding your original nature and purpose.

After completing the 2nd Course, students may continue with the Runes, Elements departments.

If you’re not ready for a full curriculum, you can explore the AD LIB Department, which offers stand-alone practicums requiring no prior preparation.

Each order or application is valid for one student only, and only one matrix can be requested per 1st Course enrollment.

Books and written materials are a helpful supplement, but they do not replace the structured sequence of courses offered by the School.
