Brighton born songwriter Callum McIntyre’s refusal to compromise is one of the key reasons his storytelling is so universally relatable. Filled with interesting and unique personal details, his piano-led approach allows listeners to embrace his intimate lyrics whilst enjoying the voice of an honest and authentic artist.
Whilst influenced by classic singer-songwriters such as Billy Joel and Tom Waits, Callum’s emotive style allows him to stand confidently alongside new voices such as Tom Odell and Bruno Major. What separates him from these contemporaries though, is his unfiltered use of music and lyricism as therapy.
