You don’t need to “rebrand” for 2026, your screen time is just too high.
You don’t need a 7 step skincare routine, your screen time is just too high.
You do not need to listen to the thoughts of 200 different people per day to be “informed”, your screen time is too high.
You don’t need anything other than a simple plan with a system in place to get you where you want to be little by little each day.
All of the other stuff? Not necessary.
Your screen time is just way too high.
Give it a week with zero social media and see how much better you feel. I can almost guarantee your anxiety will go down significantly and you’ll start to enjoy life again.
The life before all of this. Who would’ve known ❤️ I would do it all over again 1000000x’s for her. Honestly, was she not the cutest beeb in the world? 😭 I can’t. What I would give for just one more day of the newborn snuggles.
Saying “it’s not that deep” all the time is going to lead you to a life of misery and regret.
Forgiving people who know exactly what they’re doing.
Letting “jokes” slide, knowing they had underlying truth.
Choosing to believe grown adults have no responsibility for their actions.
Ignoring someone’s blatant lack for humanity via their political views (during this term, I let a lot of people go because wtf do you mean you don’t care? 🫠)
How someone chooses to show up for you.
The quiet ones who only celebrate you in private because they’ve already talked about you to others.
The “friends” always speaking fear over your plans.
The boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife who doesn’t take your wants and needs seriously.
The parent who doesn’t show up for their kids/grandkids.
Baby, discernment and the confidence and courage to call it all out will show you who actually rocks with you.
If you can have an open conversation about something that bothers you and it leads to resolution and changed behavior, that’s a keeper.
If you can’t, ✂️
It is, and always and forever will be, that deep.
Every single time.
Am I strict? Yes.
At peace? Also yes.
Protect your energy babe, people are weirdos out here.
I want to talk weight loss for a moment and what’s actually working for me.
Walking. Walking. More walking.
The scale goes down everyday (at least a little). It’s crazy how sometimes the answer is so simple and right in front of us.
I do 10k in the morning, 4-5k after lunch and 4-5k after dinner (most days).
I’m averaging 17k steps per day according to Garmin (along with a clean PCOS friendly diet of course).
Some other benefits I’ve noticed lately are my sleep is so good, and I stay asleep (rare for me), my legs feel stronger, I’m less bloated and I’m happier. It’s a mood booster. The days I barely walk there’s a huge mood shift.
Have you mainly focused on walking for weight loss? Would love to hear! I should also add in I’m strength training 3-4 times per week.
I’m locked in though and I feel so good, because I was feeling so awful after the holidays!
How many steps do you get? I would love to work up to 30k!
Fun fact: I have this printed really big in my bathroom.
I read it every single day after I shower as a reminder.
Wanted to share ❤️ I’m editing a slow vlog now, it will be up tomorrow.
I love that I made the decision to simply document this year. No pressure to get a million views, just creating and sharing with whoever wants to join us.
Highly recommend moving past the phase of wanting to be viral all the time, you’ll get your creative spark back ⚡️
You should never create for other people by the way, you should create so they can experience the world through your eyes. Once you see creativity like this, you will never go back.
