Sometimes I get judgemental side comments in person for being on Youtube but technically I'm not too far off from what I went to college for which was Fashion Design 🤷🏻♀️
I think there have been some confusion about my Dark Muses being an iteration of Kitchener Essences, but that's not completely it. Essences are what you look like, the Dark Muses are what you want to dress like irregardless of your facial features or Kibbe body type. A Romantic can easily dress like a Vampire or Fairy, it all is dependent on the person's preferences.
I was inspired by the idea of creating a system to help articulate things but it wasn't meant to be a 1:1 Ratio of the Kitchener Essences
The Dark Muses styled in more Masculine styles video is up! I hesitated so much to make any kind of menswear inspired video due to my negative experience working in the fashion industry (in menswear) but I had a lot of fun curating what masculine styles would fit into each of the Dark Muses in this week's video 🖤
My comment section is mostly filled with the kindest people that I'm grateful for 🖤 but occasionally there are unsavory comments of those who think they're doing good but instead they're being rude. There are respectful ways to correct someone. I'm human, I film my videos at 2am, I make mistakes and I try to correct them & pin them as a comment. I have been kindly corrected for using the terms 19th century wrong or for my typos. To start your comment with "Incorrect." is rude, to say "you're spreading misinformation" on a style video that's based on opinion is rude. It would be different if I was a history channel or a college professor but my channel is supposed to be a fun style channel and style is subjective. Please be respectful in the comments & remember there's a human behind the camera
Future Videos I want to work on but waiting to see what movies/media come out this year relevant to them: - Werewolf = I feel like there's going to be a few things coming out movie wise like Devour - Frankenstein = very excited for the Guillermo del Toro iteration but that'll be in November - Wednesday Addams = just waiting for season 2
Even though this week will be a Kibbe video, I'm going to be discussing a little bit of the Dark Essences and the Dark Muses as well. The Dark Muse series is like my baby at this point & I want to bring them at every occasion I can
