As a maintenance supervisor that work in the maintenance trades for 25 years, where you are physically active, on your feet most of the time, and can be demanding and stressful at time. Dealing with chronic inflammation in my right hip, left knee, and severe plantar fasciitis it can affect your job, your life, and rob time away from your family where all you want to do is sit and do nothing while watching the time go by. Then when you see the scales slowly creeping up higher you start feeling hopeless and start getting depressed. So On July 26, 2024 I made the biggest decision of my life to regain my life back. I decided to give the carnivore diet a try since the ketogenic diet was not working and wasn't sustainable, and that was the best decision I've made. This is not a diet it is a lifestyle change to get your life back, and I got mine back. I've now been on this journey of healing and lost around 70 lbs. and the chronic inflammation is gone.
