Apparently people are suggesting the use of SLEDGEHAMMERS and DENTIST PICKS for getting the tires out of the bottom of their 2x2 bricks. I never thought my take would spark such controversy.

Both of the videos below show that the LEGO spear breaks (or bends) when trying to get the tire out, but I think they are both using it wrong.
