One thing I love about living in our town is the amazing local spots we have. Today’s highlight is Kripa Indian Cruisine!
My daughter and I can’t get enough of Kripa Indian Cuisine! 🍛❤️ We make it a point to eat there at least once a week, and it’s quickly become one of our staple spots in Enid.
If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re seriously missing out—amazing flavors and a cozy, welcoming vibe. It’s spots like these that make our town feel like home.

Remember… the house might be listening. 👀
Many homes today have doorbell cameras, security systems, and smart devices throughout the house. That means your comments during a showing could actually be heard by the seller.
So if you’re thinking:
“Wow… this place needs a LOT of work.” 😬
or
“We could probably get this for way less.” 🤫
You might want to save those thoughts for the car ride after the showing. 🚗
Pro tip: Compliment the house inside… critique it outside. 😅 It could help keep your negotiating power strong when it’s time to submit an offer!
