I'm nitpicking, but I really dislike how many portable power banks and chargers aren't fully USB-C.

I know USB-A is still common in this day and age, but as someone who has fully embraced C, it's a shame I can't get 3-5 ports with that standard.

I always have to use an adapter to convert USB-C to A to take advantage of all the ports. We need USB-C everything!

If I had a wish for 2026 accessories, it would be to go all in on C. Adapters are a thing, and USB-C is nearly everywhere!

It's OFFICIAL! My first video series is out, and you can watch the first episode of my new series called the "Big Tech Origin Story", the series that dives deep into the true beginnings and explosive growth of the world's most powerful companies.

In the first episode, "The Story of Apple", we pull back the curtain on one of the greatest corporate transformations in history. From a humble garage workshop in California, Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak started with a simple idea that would eventually lead to a global obsession. Discover the untold struggles, the pivotal product failures, and the genius decisions that paved Apple's untold journey to global power and established it as a global empire. This is the definitive history of the computer company that didn't just refine the tech industry — it defined it.

Please let me know what you think about it. Any feedback is appreciated, and if you like this, you can press "hype" under the video to greatly help me out to spread it across the world.

I'm currently working on lots of reviews and these type of videos, so let me know what you'd like to see improved, changed.

Thank you all. I've never been more excited, and can't wait to see your comments!

Ultrahuman sent over the Ring Air for testing, and I wanted to ask you guys if you'd be interested in a full review? I've used a variety of fitness trackers, and smartwatches in the past, but a smart ring would be a first. If you do, please let me know the type of questions you have or the topics you'd like to learn more about!

Hey everyone! My latest video, which compares the DJI Mic Mini to the Mic 2, is quite different from the usual tech content I create, but I felt it was essential to share my findings in a comprehensive comparison video.

Here’s why. I’ve spent close to a month searching for a lavalier or wireless microphone that offers more freedom when recording my videos, as well as improved sound quality and a simpler setup (compared to my Blue Yeti). After reading and watching numerous reviews of other devices, I’ve narrowed it down to the DJI Mic Mini and Mic 2 due to their price tags, ease of use, and features.

I’ve watched lots of reviews, and while many of them provided most of the information I needed, none of them were exactly what I was looking for, especially when it comes to audio tests. I always wanted to get the raw, unedited sound as a comparison and the edited version in various scenarios. While my video didn’t focus on recording outside – primarily as I don’t shoot outdoors, I’ve linked a few reviews down below that heavily influenced my format, structure, and even tests, and some that may include some additional tests to give you the full picture.

I highly recommend these videos, which should provide you with all the necessary information about these two excellent microphones.

So, I've tested both the DJI Mic Mini and the DJI Mic2, and the difference between these two are very noticeable – at least, in my environment.

The Mic Mini sounds good, but I keep getting the impression I'm talking into a tube. It's a bit tinny, and lacks highs.
The Mic2 is much fuller and richer, with more emphasis on highs and clear lows. Obviously, the 32-bit float & on-board storage can be a lifesaver if the audio gets corrupted or accidentally deleted.

I'll be returning my Mic Mini and keeping the Mic2. The Mic2 provides the exact sound I was looking for, but that doesn't mean the Mic Mini is bad.

Far from it. However, it's not the best fit for the kind of sound I'm trying to go for. It's still an awesome option for most people, but for those of us who want and need more control, the Mic2 is well worth the extra money.

I'll continue to recommend the Mic Mini for those who want to save a bit of money, and need a microphone that's plug-n-play. It requires no audio knowledge, but it helps as it can elevate it to a whole new level with a bit of tweaking. Great job ‪@DJI‬ !

Would anyone be interested in a side-by-side comparison?

Finally managed to pick up the Nintendo Switch 2 last Thursday.

I gotta say, I'm enjoying it a lot more than I did my OG OLED Switch. Significantly better build quality!

I'm thinking about reviewing this. What would you like to know about it?

I was going to post a new review today, but a portion of my audio became corrupted and I had to set up everything again and reshoot that particular scene 😅

The video will go live tomorrow. It's taking a bit of time to edit this one, but it'll be worth the wait. I promise! 😊

Remember when I had the issue with Bluetooth & Wi-Fi not connecting? Well, my beloved Fold 4 was serviced and received a brand new internal display + screen protector, and it looks like that factory screen protector lasted 15 months. x.com/Techusiast/status/1743054988585107758

That's roughly on par with my previous experience, and I just wanted to document it as proof. These screen protectors are only designed to last anywhere between 8-16 months, depending on your climate and use – hence why companies like Samsung offer at least 1 free replacement.

It's a bit sad, though. You'd think these have a more unique adhesive layer, lasting longer than that. Sadly, I'm out of warranty, and don't think this phone has much value now, so I'll probably take it off, and use it until a worthy foldable successor comes out.

I already removed the screen protector once, when bubbles started appearing and went across the inner screen. While I strongly advise against this, the bubbles and the added pressure can cause damage to the delicate screen, so you should either replace it, or remove it at your own risk. If you're not careful, you could damage the display itself.

In other news, I'm working on new videos, but given I switched jobs not that long ago, I'm still working around on a schedule – and it's a bit difficult to manage everything all at once. I'll have more content coming very soon, taking a look back at a device that changed everything for Apple computers and how we think about them.

My review of the Huawei FreeBuds Pro 4 is finally here! Sorry, it took some time due to some changes that happened in the past few months!

As you may have already seen, I also have a new logo, intro, and fonts. I'll be changing all the covers and photos in the next few days and weeks, so don't be surprised if you see some major changes across my profiles. I think they look super cool and complement my content's no-nonsense and simplistic approach. Let me know your thoughts!
