i had a lot of fun with actually drawing britt digitally in a finished piece, she is so silly. i love these goobers!!! i'm almost to 300 subscribers so i might do one of those "draw fanart for 6 characters" to celebrate depending on if i have time
also happy 50th anniversary to indiscreet i love that album ^_^ (i had to make a meme for it hah)

OC POSTING I LOVE MY OCS
ollie started off as a severance insert since i liked the show, but i also made him specifically so people would draw him with sparks related art on artfight (which worked i got attacks from sparks fans that i cherish so so much) i later changed him from severance to a normal oc to go with my old 3 ocs.
he works a job at a record store and has a side job at a local news station (no idea what he does there yet). britt is an news anchor, i got the idea from she's an anchorman by—you guessed it—sparks! i know she and ollie get together which i still have to flesh out how they do.
both of their lives are sparks references and i love them so much !!! the last image is literally them
i NEED artfight to let you edit pages again because mine are outdated by now 💔

i got fixated on bug ron & russell a few days ago and just finished a redraw of the angst album art!! it started as a doodle and i decided to do a full piece :o]
i think it would be fun to make designs of them in bug form for each different sparks era

SPARKSTEMBER DAY 30 - DO THINGS YOUR OWN WAY
i really did things my own way for my final piece of sparkstember art!!!
first off, the original magazine with tmbg from is 1989 so ron and russell would have looked different from when angst was released, but today you can do whatever and i did just that 😇
i had this idea of drawing the maels & the johns with this specific reference photo months ago! i was going to put russell & linnell on team love and ron and flans on team hate but decided to change it up. i didn't want to make ron the serious one this time around, so since linnell has flowers i decided to go with the maels being in their angst looks (it always comes back to angst in my pants)
tmbg is very near and dear to my heart so drawing linnell & flans was a treat!! they are so fun to draw and i bet people here are happy to see them ^_^
i had a very fun first sparkstember and thank you so so much to everyone who has followed along !!! today was also the final sparks concert of the MAD! tour and MADDER! releases on friday (and russell's birthday is on sunday so that's fun) but it has been a blast participating this year! i can't wait to see what sparks does next year (and hopefully i will see them live next time :D)
