Planned 5 things, did only 2? and I am Feeling like a Failure 😞

so this happens to me many time unable to achieve the Target / goal I plan and then start to hate myself and speak bad about myself to myself

Being strict with yourself is Ok but Being negative and hating myself never helped me

After sometime i just stop planning the goals

So now i say this to myself

hey you still did 2 things , you showed up so stop hating yourself
and there will be days when you will be able to all 5 and sometimes Zero too

All Days are Not same

I just need to keep trying keep showing up

Try again next day to do more
Slowly you will see better result and good things take time

So Be your bestfriend not your enemy
