TONIGHT at 7 PM EST members of “Revelation” will meet with me on zoom for a group counseling session! (It will be every Monday at 7 PM EST). In this group we will learn from each other, enjoy fellowship with other believers, answer questions, and delve deep into scripture!

Your suffering as a Christian has purpose JUST AS MUCH as Christ's suffering FOR YOU had purpose!!! 👏🏻Jesus never said: "Father when are you going to raise me up and exalt me above my enemies?" 🤔He just knew He would... 🤷🏽‍♀️He never prayed: "Father when are you going to bless me financially?" 💵😩🙏He knew He was RICH in God... Jesus never said: "When will the suffering end?" He understood that HIS SUFFERING taught Him obedience, and that obedience led to blessing.... the suffering was, in fact, a blessing!

"Although He was a Son, He learned obedience from what He suffered." Hebrews 5:8

When you walk in uprightness 🚶 with Jesus you CAN BE SURE that your suffering will REAP A HARVEST! 🍎 🌳 You WILL LOOK BACK and you would NOT take back one bit of the suffering you are enduring now. 🙂‍↔️Why? Because you will see that it made you the Christian you are today!!! 

On this resurrection Day remember that your suffering is but a moment, but the eternal gift of salvation you have and hold is FOREVER. It is the BIGGEST BLESSING you will ever receive… thank God for the day of adversity and the day of blessing, He made them both!

"In the day of prosperity be joyful😀 , and in the day of adversity consider🧐: God has made the one as well as the other, so that man may not find out anything that will be after him." (Ecclesiastes 7:14)

I literally wished for de@th during my postpartum depression... I HATED my body after pregnancy... I HATED my hair because it was falling out... I really was trying to keep myself together for the sake of my family and the Kingdom of God, but I just did not want to be strong anymore... I hated what I saw in the mirror and I didn't understand why I was having thoughts about de@th when I was walking so closely with Jesus I thank the Lord that He gave me such an AMAZING sister in the Lord to OPEN my eyes... Liana explained to me that the food I was eating was actually causing me RAGE and ANXIETY and DEPRESSION... I had NO IDEA that food had the power to do this!!!! Eating the right foods has TRANSFORMED my walk with Christ, my ability to HEAR HIS VOICE (Because my flesh is not in the way anymore!) it has changed how I think, how disciplined I am, how good I feel in the mornings, how I sleep at night, how my skin and hair looks... since I decided to listen to my friend Liana my life has CHANGED. What I came to realize through Liana teaching me so much about food is that I had a self-hatred and self-neglect that manifested in how I was eating... I did NOT CARE about TAKING CARE of the TEMPLE of THE HOLY SPIRIT... I ate whatever I wanted... The sin of gluttony is one we almost NEVER discuss in church. We believe it is worship to pick up chairs and vacuum the church after service, but not to take care of our bodies, the TEMPLE of the Holy Spirit!!! To knowingly eat poison is to knowingly destroy the temple of the Holy Spirit and God takes that very seriously...

1 Corinthians 3:17

"If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him; for God's temple is holy, and that is what you are."

Hey guys! 😊 So you probably noticed I didn’t go LIVE as I typically do on Tuesday evenings. I’m also not going to be LIVE this Thursday. I took this week off my phone to really focus on the Lord as all of my work is on my phone, and WOW HAS HE SPOKEN TO ME! No technology and I feel so free…. It is important to put family first, God first, and marriage first before ministry if we evangelize, care for, minister to strangers more than we minister to our own family we need to do something different! Do not let your phone, steal, precious moments the Lord wants to speak to you, Moments he wants to use you in the lives of those around you, and moments in life that he would like you to enjoy!

God does not want you to be IMPULSIVE! Before you send that text, make that plan, go on that date, attend that event… READ THIS:

“For thus says the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel:

“In RETURNING and REST you shall be saved 🤲🏼;

In quietness 🤫 and confidence 😌SHALL BE YOUR STRENGTH.”

But you would not 🙅🏼,

And you said, “No, for we will flee on horses”—
Therefore you shall flee!

And, “We will ride on swift horses 🐎 🏃 ”—

Therefore those who pursue you shall be swift!”

Do not run back to OTHER things that “comfort” you in your loneliness IE: pornography, cigarettes, drugs, partying, dating apps, your ex.

Your ANGER leads to ungodliness. The Bible says “be angry and sin not” why? Because “anger lies in the bosom of fools”

Be like God, SLOW TO ANGER 😡…

“for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God.” James 1:20

Do NOT send a text or confront someone in anger!

ask the GREAT COUNSELOR Jesus Christ and seek godly counsel of people who truly walk in the Spirit of the Lord.

What makes one impulsive?

FEAR
ANGER
ANXIETY
WORRY
DOUBT
ASSUMPTION
LACK OF DISCIPLINE
SELF CENTEREDNESS
LACK OF MATURITY -children are impulsive

Proverbs 11:14

“Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.”

Be prudent. Stop and think. Reflect. Breathe. See godly council first!

Either you humble yourself or God humbles you…and it’s a lot more painful when He does it, so humble yourself. 🤷‍♀️

Give up your right to be right, make peace, ask for forgiveness where you got it wrong, admit your wrong when confronted, cease being angry and let God fight for you, confess your sin to God and turn from it.


In due time you shall be exalted, blessed, and rewarded!

EVEN JESUS was dreading the gravity of the cross… so much so that He asked God 🧎that if it were possible He would let this cup pass from Him… He was sweating blood. He didn’t FEEL like going to the cross, but He did it ANYWAY because He LOVED us! He did not walk by feelings but by FAITH & so should we!

If David bowed down to the fear of man, he would’ve NEVER defeated Goliath…

If Moses bowed down to the fear of man, he would’ve NEVER delivered Israel and God would’ve risen up another!!!

If Esther bowed down to the fear of man, God would’ve chosen someone else to save the Jews from the sword 🗡️

Sometimes OVERCOMING FEAR isn’t about “Not feeling fear when doing something” it is DOING IT EVEN IF YOU ARE AFRAID - that is Courage!!!

Today, INVITE that person the Lord has put on your heart to minister to for coffee ☕️ and ask them about how they are REALLY doing lately!


Call that person you hurt and haven’t talked to in a while and APOLOGIZE!

Come to Jesus in your time of prayer and FACE the trauma and have a heart to heart with Him about it!

FEAR IS A LIAR 🤥 CHOOSE TO LISTEN TO THE VOICE OF TRUTH!

Only fools listen to ONE side of the story before coming to a conclusion...King Solomon was one of the WISEST and when he heard one woman declare her newborn was stolen, he waited to hear the other woman's story before deciding what the truth was!!!

"The first to state his case seems right until his neighbor comes to cross-examine him" (Proverbs 18:17)

If people are spreading rumors or talking behind your back, rest assured GOD WILL DEFEND you IF you sit still, refrain from taking vengeance, and know that God is GOD.

"He who answers a matter before he hears it, It is folly and shame to him." (Proverbs 18:13)

THE TRUTH ALWAYS COMES OUT IN THE END AND WHAT WAS SPOKEN IN DARKNESS SHALL COME TO THE LIGHT AMEN?
