After The Party, die Nummer fünf, vorletztes Stück auf der EP und mein persönlicher Favorit! Wie der Name der EP "Impro Sessions" verrät, wusste ich zu Beginn der Produktion im Dezember nicht, was am Ende dabei rauskommt und genau das war das spannende an dem Projekt. Zwei Wochen Zeit, das berühmte Muax-Studio, eine Kamera, ein paar Instrumente - allen voran die Trompete - und der Computer. Als ich fertig war habe ich die Trompete eine Zeit lang kaum mehr angerührt, weil ich dabei immer das Gefühl hatte, es ist alles gespielt. Aber inzwischen tüftele ich schon wieder an neuen Ideen. Als ich mit Trompete anfing, wusste ich zwar, dass ich da irgendwie Bock drauf habe, jedoch ahnte ich nicht, welche Freude mir dieses Instrument beschehren würde. Ähnlich dem Radsport bedarf es viel Training und Ausdauer, Tag für Tag, mit besseren und schlechteren Tagen. Aber auch hier hat es sich so sehr gelohnt dranzubleiben. Ein besonderer Dank gilt dabei meinen besonderen Vorbildern Ferdinand Schwarz und Ibrahim Maalouf, zwei hervorragende Trompeter und Musiker (reinhören lohnt sich), die mich von nah und fern immer wieder aufs Neue inspiriert und somit motiviert haben. ❤️❤️❤️
