Hello everyone ! I have been inactive for few months, due to work load and other stuff ! But thank you all for supporting me and staying connected with the channel !
Managing my workloads, my workout is going on, have shared some shorts for the same & will keep sharing ! This is my current conditioning and the left one is when I was around 98 kgs(first video of this channel) and right one is current pic weighing around 77 kgs !

Hello everyone !
Hope you all are well, safe and fit.
This week mere videos aye nai because I am busy with some official work and my Dad is a Govt officer, so they have to go on duty, so currently I am handling some other official works.
Videos maine shoot kiye hai but edit nai hue hai, because ees week muze time ka thoda shortage hua, even haven't replied to mails this week.
Video bina edit kiye, just in lecture format, I can upload but I want to give you all some quality content, so did not upload those yet.
