Hello folks!!! I'm not sure if anyone is interested much in shopping hauls. Yesterday was grocery shopping day. I make quite a few stops along the way! That's how I find the deals! I won't bore y'all with every single purchase, but to give you an idea of some of my finds. I bought two outfits for my granddaughter, one is a cute Cookie Monster pajama set $4, a two piece Carter Some Bunny Loves Me set $4, a Pop Sonic Cyclone Lint Remover & Fabric Shaver $2, but the Pop Sonic Cyclone/Rave 6-Blade Rechargeable Fabric Shaver and Lint Remover typically retails for $79.99 direct from the Pop Sonic Official Store. I'd say that was my best deal of the day!!! 😉 Six pairs of brand-new men's socks for $6. The two scented soap dispensers are from Dollar Tree. They hold 13 oz. each! One is apple cinnamon spice scented & the other is balsam firewood scented! I was quite impressed with the scents!!! Other purchases were some odd n ends & groceries. That's all folks!!! I absolutely have nothing to brag about when it comes to my first tomato of the year!!! It's 3 inches by 3 inches! But, if nothing else, once it ripens inside, I hope to at least get a tasty sandwich out of it!!! 😅🤞🤞🤞Love, Momma Jo ❤️
I thought I'd explain why there's no tutorial/recipe but there's a taste-test. How many of us have a little of this & that leftover in our refrigerator & pantry? I need to use up, throw out, & declutter my refrigerator soon! I also need to use up freezer items. To my point, I used up leftover mint jelly, green apples, pecans, mini chocolate chips, & some other ingredients & expiramented with an idea I came up with. There's a little tweaking, minor adjustments, that I want to improve upon, but this was so good that it's worth another go! Michael wanted to call them Glazed Apple Pecan Mint Chocolate Crumpets but I told him that's not what a crumpet is! 🤣 So, we decided to call them Glazed Apple Pecan Mint Chocolate Biscuits! Howdy folks!!! I caught something on my camera late at night that just looks very odd to me! This first pic has the characteristics of a raccoon but the proportions are off!!! The snout appears to be short! I don't see pointy long ears! It appears to have a rounded body & the tail doesn't look bushy! I have also included what I call a normal looking raccoon for comparison. Has anyone heard of Jimothy? Look it up. If this is a racoon it could be suffering from...Short spine syndrome in raccoons is an extremely rare congenital condition where the vertebrae fail to develop fully in utero, resulting in a compressed, severely shortened backbone. While the spine and neck are shortened, the animal's limbs remain normal length, giving them a highly distinctive, almost spherical or "orb-like" appearance. Love, Momma Jo ❤️
I was outside planting garlic & watering my vegetables when Willie, the neighborhood cat, who spends most days & nights on our property brought us a gift! He brought it right up to me & released it! I showed it to Michael & he released it in our backyard close to another wild rabbit that was nearby. It didn't seemed harmed in any way. Love, Momma Jo ❤️
My first garlic harvest has cured & they're ready to be used! On my next garlic planting, I'll use the largest cloves to see if they'll produce larger bulbs. Love, Momma Jo ❤️
