My intention for this channel is to create a supportive & cozy nook for you to relax & learn other ways to relax. Here, I share my most favorite & effective meditation, yoga, and breath practices on this channel. I hope by sharing these practices I will help others feel more relaxed, inspired, connected, & empowered to CHOOSE to live a healthier, more joyful, & meaningful life!
I birthed this channel on the New Moon, June 1st 2016 as a personal passion project/personal challenge to commit to practicing my yoga teaching skills and music composing daily. Everyday that year I recorded and posted my original guided meditations and music to this channel. I post every once in a while now a days. In the meantime, it's time to meditate...Kick off your shoes, grab your eye pillow, rest comfortably on your back, close your eyes, and breathe.
