75 Hard: Complete ✅

One thing I’ve learned? When you really want something, you make the time—and drop the excuses. Most of you know I’ve been deep in this health journey for a while, but I wanted to push myself harder and take on 75 Hard again.

I had every reason to wait. I could’ve said “I’ll start after…” the Bahamas, the ACMs, a wedding, a family beach trip, birthdays, Stagecoach—you name it. But I didn’t. I went for it anyway.

Was it hard? Absolutely. But I’m learning to choose my hard. Right now, I’m completely obsessed with feeling good—mentally, physically, all of it. Sure, there were moments when I thought, “This would be more fun with a drink in my hand,” but nothing beats the high of waking up clear and proud because you’ve kept the promise you made yourself.
