The Noctilucant channel has existed in various forms over the years, originally meant as just a place to showcase my own music under the Noctilucant name, it later evolved into a vlog where I talk about Dark Ambient music. As the years have passed, I’ve featured full-length albums, reviews, collection updates, improvisations, documentaries and just about everything else you’d hope to be present on a Dark Ambient YouTube channel.
In more recent times, I’ve come to talk about almost all styles of music under the Post-Industrial umbrella; Dark Ambient, Death Industrial, Power Electronics, Martial Industrial, Neo Folk, Noise, Dungeon Synth and other Experimental music. I suspect the channel will continue to evolve, but at least for now, I hope you find this channel to be an interesting and informative source for music that fits nice and cozy under the Dark Post-Industrial Umbrella.

Befalling Silence Productions is overjoyed to release, “The Waking Hours,” the debut album from Dust of Time!
Dust of Time is the project of Greek musician, Manolis Fasoulakis, and under the DoT banner he creates music within the Ambient, Darkwave, Neo Classical and Soundtrack genres to create a wholly unique entity, which acts as an audio documentary of his final moments with his father before his passing in 2018. Joining Manolis is spoken word artist Shane Beck, who guides the listener through the various events leading to that ill-fated day...
Loss, was perhaps, the fates way of bringing these two gentleman together for this project, as Shane is no stranger to sorrow either, as he lost his father to suicide, and both his mother and wife to cancer.

"This is a tribute to my father who left this world in 2018. It is a loose concept that follows the timeline of the last period I spent with him until the final moment. All tracks are woven like scenes / flashbacks, reflecting thoughts and emotions from my perspective and my father's perspective The Weeping Tide track is a lyrical interlude in the concept, showing Shane's reflections about loss. This is a closure and the beginning of a new chapter."
