Guys I also wanna take the moment to say!
Go check out the Street Catz Pilot if you have not! The VAs, Animators and Gameboycat himself did a PHENOMENAL job!
1: Artstyle: All the characters are very expressive and manage to stand out in design and the art itself does a great job at replicating the old Hanna Barbera 60-70’s cartoon era! (Which is a cartoon era I LOVE to death)
2: The Music: This along with the art is probably the biggest piece of this pilot! After hearing: “For The Record” I’ve been playing that on loop when I have work to do! The songs are well written and once again have mastered the feel of a 60’s band.
3: The voice acting is pretty decent and I would want to be a part of it someday hopefully
The only problem that I’ve seen some say is that there wasn’t much of an actual story or cohesion but I feel like that may just be because this is the pilot and it’s main goal is to introduce you the characters and the main vibe you’ll get from the show and on the end of things, it does a great job!
