I'm in the shop today performing some testing on a new portable laser machine from Atomstack and I tried out the model we made during last Friday's Livestream.

How are you checking for Square?
Nigel over on Techydiy explains his method and it's quite intuitive and an easy test to perform to identify if the X and Y axis are perpendicular to each other.
If your diagonal measurements don't equal then you'd want to loosen the frame and possibly the wasteboard and adjust the corner angles and tighten back down and Re-Test until the diagonal measurements equal each other, indicating the X and Y axis movements are square to each other.
