Hello sweet friends! 🍂 I’m just popping in here real quick with another Fall Starter Pack update, because I know quite a few of you are waiting for it! 👀🧡

I’m still here 👋🏻 poking my head out of my little editing cave to let you know that I’ve been working on this video every day (and I ended up needing yet another trip to the dentist in the middle of it 🫠) The good news is that it’s getting VERY close, and I’m so ridiculously excited for you to finally see what I’ve been making 🥹🍎📚🎃

I know some of you were really looking forward to starting fall with me last week and I’m sorry to keep you waiting! 🥺 I think this has also been a really good reminder for me of why I rarely give exact dates for my videos 🫣 That’s absolutely my bad! But I actually think sometimes the things I end up loving MOST about a video are the ideas that I get while I’m in the middle of filming it (like the “themed weeks” from my summer video which came to me after I initially finished filming). And I’ve learned over the years that I would rather follow ideas and make something I’m really proud of rather than to rush finishing something just to get it done sooner.

Thank you so much for being here, being excited about the videos and for wanting to spend fall here with me. The fact that there are some of you out there waiting for something I’m making will never not mean the world to me 🫶🏻🥹🧡

Hello friends! 🌻🍂

This is supposed to be the eve of fall’s arrival on my channel, which is why I’m popping in with a little update! This past weekend I had a minor tooth emergency, and just the day before that I got the funnest idea for something for something in this first fall video that ended up taking me an extra 2 days of work.. and probably another 2-3 to finish😶

Soooo unfortunately fall will be arriving just a few days later than scheduled. I’m so sorry! But this little idea that came to me was simply demanding to be added. Think Harry Potter newspapers… maybe? But that’s all I’m going to say for now 🤭

Thank you for being so patient with me, truly 🥹 I know I could have finished this video sooner without adding all of this, but when I get really excited about a new idea that comes to me, I never want to talk myself out of it just because it takes a little bit more time. And I really think this one will be worth it 🥹🍂 (it’s nothing big, but it’s a magical touch that will hopefully flow throughout the whole video..)

Since I’m technically still editing, and while I have you here… if there’s something you’d love to see in this year’s Fall Starter Pack, whether it’s something you’ve loved from previous years or something totally new, I’d LOVE to hear your suggestions! ☺️🫶🏻🍂

Ever wish you could time travel back to the summer of 2006..? I definitely have, so that's what I did 🤭

I decided to try living like it was summer in the early 2000's, so of course that meant playing mermaids, using walkie-talkies, Goosebumps books & reading by flashlight, public pools, bedroom music video performances, DVDs & making a home video rental shelf, and possibly my favorite thing I've ever made.. a bucketlist alternative that has completely transformed my summer 🥰✨

If you've been needing something cozy, nostalgic, or just a little reminder that growing up doesn't mean you have to stop playing and having fun, and that there's still more summer left for you to discover, This one is for you 💕

Your kindness and support on my last post meant so much to both me and Jared. We read so many of your sweet comments and your prayers and well wishes genuinely meant so much during a stressful couple of weeks.

I'm so happy to share that Jared is doing so much better! He's almost completely healed (although running again will probably have to wait until the fall 😅) and we're both so grateful for all of your love and encouragement on my last post.

I wanted to virtually knock on your door and let you know that I’ve missed you! Also let you know that I haven’t disappeared 💗 I’ve been spending my days filming and editing what has become one of my favorite summer videos I’ve ever made ☺️☀️

We have had one little bump in the road with Jared managing to break part of his ankle right at the start of summer while running in the mountains (which has been quite the adventure because he’s usually the one behind the camera 🫣), so we’ve been taking things a little slower while he recovered.

Thankfully He’s doing a lot better now, and as of now I’m working on fhe finishing touches on the video. I genuinely cannot wait to share this one with you. It has mermaids, nostalgic analog summer adventures, bike rides, public pools, the ultimate bedside summer reading stack, a video store that feels like it was plucked straight from the early 2000’s and a lot of summer magic 🌊🏄‍♀️💿🍦☀️💕 My favorite part of the video doesn’t happen until 20 minutes in. It’s maybe one of my favorite things I’ve ever made 🤭

I just want to say thank you for always giving me the time I need to make these videos with so much love and intention. That means so much more than you could ever know 🥹

My hope is that It feels like a cozy bookish sleepover with a friend. We open book mail from England, wander through Barnes & Noble at dusk, bake what I can best describe as the perfect “bookstore cookies” and spend the evening surrounded by books, movies, cats, and even a chunky camcorder ✨

NEW VIDEO coming today at 4pm ET! ☺️💕

I’m so so excited to share that my early-2000s romcom bedroom makeover is finished and premiering today (which feels like a massive triumph considering I was up until wee hours of the morning finishing up editing 😅)

This one has everything I love:
early-2000s romcom nostalgia, a chunky TV that stepped straight out of the 2004 Sleepover movie, peel-and-stick wallpaper (which I’m convinced was invented by the devil himself), thrifting for beloved romantic comedies, and a bedroom I really wish my 16-year-old self could have seen. She would have loved it ✨💖🦋

And I won’t spoil anything too much.. but there is a scene involving glue, scissors, and a cat bed “upholstery” project I’m not quite proud of. Please feel free to judge because I deserve it 🐈

I’ve been working on this one for weeks, and I put so many little details into the edit (especially the song choices… I can’t wait for you to hear 🤭) I loved making this one. To me, this video is pure 💖 girlhood nostalgia 💖 and I really hope you love watching it just as much as I did making it.

I’m especially excited because we’re doing this one as a live premiere, which means we get to watch it together! 🥰

Hello my sweet friends ✨❄️

I just wanted to pop in from my bed, pajamas and Christmas film marathon (with far too many leftover Christmas cookies) to say THANK YOU from the very bottom of my heart, for choosing to spend time here with my me. This community (you guys 🥹💖) continue to be the warmest, kindest, most comforting little corner of the internet. How, honestly how, did I get so lucky? I never ever take that for granted. The fact that you choose to spend your time here with me truly means more than I can put into words. I wish I could give every single one of you a hug and send you homemade chocolate chip cookies with colorful sprinkles on top as a thank you!
