It's Flashback Friday: From Granada, we took the train to Málaga, Spain (https://youtu.be/XYkYpXvktkM) and ended up right in the middle of Christmas season. The lights were spectacular, but wow, the crowds! Luckily, the city has this massive pedestrian area, which made exploring on foot super easy. And yes…we found an Indian restaurant and ate there WAY too many times!
When you travel, do you go with the crowds or try to avoid them?

It's Flashback Friday: From Sevilla, we took our first European train to Granada, Spain (https://youtu.be/6O5H2WcgEB0) and settled into the Albaicín neighborhood. The view of Alhambra from the roof of our condo building was stunning. We took morning hikes through olive groves and spent afternoons sipping wine and eating frutos secos at streetside cafés. Granada gave us a perfect balance of history, nature, and everyday life.
Would you rather explore an historic site, wander through an old neighborhood, or people watch at a streetside café?
