Hey guys, I have been thinking about my old logo that Shivana/ my higher self created and I asked her the other day would she mind if I made a new one. You see I love flowers especially lotus blossoms I love how they come up through the water and just float there. I love how frog sit on their leaves and I love that water represents emotions.
I also see my work as supporting the revealing of your Inner Master. We all have the potential to become Masters of what ever we choose to be. The commonly cited number is 10,000 hours to become a master or expert in a field. This idea was popularized by Malcolm Gladwell in his book Outliers, where he referenced research by psychologist Anders Ericsson. The concept suggests that deliberate practice—focused, consistent, and goal-oriented effort—is what leads to mastery.

Sometimes we forget how important our bodies are. We take them for granted when in fact they are an amazing gift we have given ourselves to experience 3D. If you start to see your body as a living temple that houses your soul it shifts your attitude towards food & drugs. What are you really doing to yourself. I have been on the road for a long time and still slip up. Start with drinking more water and when that’s a good habit. Add one more thing that’s healthy like fermented food. Even small change can make a huge difference. I love my Sacred Sundays with my husband. We drink coffee in bed and go for slow walks in nature or have a breakfast near the beach.
