My discipline with technology shapes the time and energy I have with my family—for me, that means setting boundaries, practicing intentional phone use, and sometimes choosing devices that make those boundaries easier to keep, like dumbphones or minimalist phones.
It’s not just about quitting smartphones; it’s about being deliberate so I can focus on what matters most. Digital minimalism isn’t anti-technology—it’s pro-attention, pro-family, and pro-living a life that aligns with my deeper values. My hope is to share that journey, the philosophy, and the practical steps with all of you.
