Nothing fancy, just Road Running! Born in 2013, the brain child of Siddarth Choudhary who revolutionized the concept of running, when he started the Runners group "Gurgaon Road Runners" known as GRR in 2013. At GRR, running for fun and fitness is the mantra.
We have many levels of runners, from those who have never run before to marathoners.
We guarantee that there will always be someone with whom you can run. Join us for any of our runs and enter an environment that inspires running related wellness leading to fitness.
We are now 2500 + members including senior and top management professionals, social workers, socialites, housewives, retired defence personnel , teenagers and children. Duration: 6 ๐˜ž๐˜ฆ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฌ๐˜ด

The basis for all training is the workout and recovery process, and if fatigue from one workout accumulates and transfers to the next run then youโ€™re always starting a workout or a long run a little tired from your previous training, thus called โ€œaccumulated fatigueโ€
This โ€œaccumulated fatigueโ€ can be implemented to our training and will help to improve running efficiency and also your body will learn to recover faster, making one a faster and stronger runner.

The Six weeks training will kick start on Monday 01 May and culminate on Sunday, 11 June.

The runners can select any one option from the below mentioned format-

โ€ข (Run 7km followed by 7x7 push-ups) x 7 days - 05Jun ~11Jun
โ€ข (Run 10km followed by 10x10 push-ups) x 7 days - 05Jun ~11Jun
โ€ข (Run 15km followed by 15x15 push-ups) x 7 days - 05Jun ~11Jun
โ€ข (Run 21km followed by 21x21 push-ups) x 7 days - 05Jun ~11Jun

On successfully completing ๐…๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ ๐ฎ๐ž ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  you will be facilitated with a Medal & Certificate.

Running a sub 1h50m half marathon is a great benchmark for the 21.1km distance. It shows a good level of training, commitment and great fitness.
If you are presently running close to 51/52 minutes for your 10k, you can look at a sub 1h50m half with the above prep time.
