I’ve been working as a sound designer and mixer for more than 20 years across film, television, advertising, and immersive experiences. My work includes projects for Netflix, HBO, Disney, Warner Bros., Apple, Nike, and others.
I’m the founder of Defacto Sound, a creative audio agency I’ve led for more than 15 years, and the host of Twenty Thousand Hertz, a long-running documentary podcast about the stories behind the world’s most iconic sounds.
This channel is a visual expansion of the podcast, focused on the people responsible for sound at the highest levels and the process, decisions, and meaning behind their work.
Sound quietly shapes how we experience the world.
This channel exists to make that work visible.
