The #FL5 gets a lot of heat for being front wheel drive but when you compare it to the legendary #nsx the numbers just don’t lie. It is a true performer while also offering a huge amount of utility. Should we limit our driving experience by drive train or instead about what the car itself is capable of?

I once owned an RX-8 and even though it was flawed, I loved it. It was a like a 4 door S2000 - it revved to 9000 and chassis was incredible with the handling but it had a fatal flaw - its engine. I loved Rotary engines and understood how to take care of them but before the MSP-13 update from Mazda, I had 2 engines die on me. Still miss that car. I did a carfax on it and apparently it’s out in Utah. Side note, I had that plate before that fast and furious movie existed. That picture is from 2008.

Maybe the CX-90 isn’t the most exciting car in my fleet but with ice covering all of DFW, the summer tires on both the Z06 and Type R make this a natural choice. Let’s just say I’m quite impressed on how it handles the conditions. A video is on the way!

What makes a car great? Is it its power? Its reliability? Its utility?
My first car, the FC RX-7 (picture circa 2007) had none of those yet it is still a car that I miss everyday and long to get behind the wheel of again.
