Are you aware how to choose #income #tax form which is suitable for you. Choose ITR form ITR 1 to ITR 6 as per your nature of income.

ITR 1: For individuals being a resident (other than not ordinarily resident) having total income upto Rs.50 lakh and having Income from Salaries, one house property, other sources (Interest etc.), long-term capital gains under section 112A up to Rs. 1.25 lakh, and agricultural income up to Rs.5 thousand.

ITR 2: Any person who has not business income abut does not fall under ITR 1.
Salary exceeds 50 L. Capital gain income.
Director or shareholder in pvt ltd or more than one houses property income.

ITR 3: For individuals and HUFs having income from profits and gains of business or profession. Tax Audit business income.

ITR 4: For Individuals, HUFs and Firms (other than LLP) being a resident having professional receipts upto Rs.50 lakh and income from business up to 2 cr , which is computed under sections 44AD, 44ADA or 44AE, and having long-term capital gains under section 112A upto Rs. 1.25 lakh
