Might as well make one more post about this drama
I heard of Parlo sometime during 2023. I assumed people liked and respected him until I saw one vid criticizing him and thought people hated him.
Learned more depth about him in 2024 where I started watching a bit more of his vids despite still hearing pretty negative stuff about him.
I became a fan of the dude this year because of the Potemer drama as I saw him as trustworthy. I always knew he was criticizable (and I ESPECIALLY knew the majority of people didn’t like him) but no matter what I still stuck with him and what he did. I stuck with him for the entire year, mind you, even through his hardest moments like the 77 stuff and even when he got arrested.
Then this entire shabang happened. I just do not know anymore man, this isn’t the most irredeemable drama I’ve seen but it sure is sad.
I thought he was gonna clutch up from all of this but with this out I don’t think he’s coming back anytime soon. I severely hope he’s alive (no one should kts) but no matter what he should 100% leave the internet. He is clearly in a terrible mental state rn and is clearly not fit for social media at least at the moment. Depressing to see but guess that’s what I get for putting so much trust in a guy.
Other then that the only lesson I got to learn from this is to be more careful who I support. I’ll at least admit I should have never been a fan of him in the first place and should have always been critical of the things he did that’s 100% on me I’ll admit. Hopefully I don’t go through this again
Other then that the only good news I have is I have no school next week but I will still be inactive on at least thanksgiving and I think Black Friday. Other then that take care and I hope all of you are well

I’m back! Hope y’all had a good halloween! Now I’m currently in the Christmas spirit rn (despite it being only November) but I wanna state a few things first:
1. In a few weeks I’ll be partiallly inactive due to it being the same week with Thanksgiving so I’ll spend some time with my family (will be mostly active this month aside from that
2. Next month I’ll be away for two weeks. I should also mention this will be an annual thing, along with me being inactive for two weeks during Summer. Again tho, will be mostly active

Ok so I rarely ever do posts like this, especially when it’s towards something extremely niche when I’m into bigger and better things (like JoJo’s, Deltarune, drama, etc etc) but I just have to talk about this real quick, just found it in my recommended rn and it really hits.
So recently I have heard SMG4 is ending at December 27th. I remember when I was very little I went on my mom’s computer, discovered SMG4 and just randomly consumed all of his vids. His old content still has to be some of my favorite vids of his, this could be a bland or unpopular take but I like it because it’s literally just stupid baby stuff to turn your brain off to and enjoy. Not that the modern storytelling is “bad” or anything but I 100% just prefer the much goofier tone in contrast to the super serious tone.
I personally stopped watching at the end of the Anime Arc. Nothing personal or anything but truthfully I just stopped caring for the series at that point. I would stick around at times, watching some episodes of arcs and ALWAYS coming to watch WOTFI even if I have no idea what’s going on. Even some movies.
Honestly, this might be the first time I have not watched a single SMG4 episode during an entire year. I knew they were still alive and still doing things, I just didn’t stick around. Didn’t even watch WOTFI. Don’t even plan on to, I just don’t consider it an interest of mine anymore.
After hearing the series is officially ending I have to say this. Now, I 100% will be watching the last few videos left on the channel. I unfortunately will not be able to say goodbye when it actually ends because I will be away at that time (will make an entirely different post about that when the time comes), so I might as well just say it now. Thank you SMG4, you made an important part of my childhood and successfully made the single biggest indie studio on YT (Glitch not SMG4 not even close lmao), and even if I didn’t stick around for literal years I’ll always support what you do. I hope when it does end you have a successful career with Glitch, you truly deserve it.
Honestly with that I kinda wanna mention now I feel less “niche”. Last year I was into fnf until I eventually just forgot it existed and found passion in other things like video games, drama, some anime (note I mean SOME like JoJo’s), etc etc. maybe it’s just a phase but I definitely don’t wanna go back to that and consider myself an “smg4 fan” or anything. AT MOST I listen to forsaken music while not even playing the game. Honestly really goes to show how much my personal interests has changes over the course of a few months

UPDATE: I have decided to unlist all my videos.
I’ve been planning this for a long while honestly, they are all super outdated and does not represent me in the slightest today. I’ll only list them back once I won’t be humiliated for making them in the modern day.
My plans for content have not changed. I still do not plan on making videos in the future, I do not know how to in the slightest (don’t even know how to edit btw) and even then if I ever do make vids it’s just random clips or reuploads (if I ever learn how to archive). 8 do plan on making actually quality content one eventful day, but definitely not anytime soon.
That and alongside the fact I have Discord now my channel description is slightly outdated might need to change it

idk how to word this post really but thank you so much for 50 subscribers. I find it insane how, for a guy who hasn’t posted in years and only got “popular” for making niche YouTube comments, people still care to stick around and potentially have me next to someone who the majority of people actually know.
My plans have unfortunately not changed, I still don’t plan on making content soon and even then it’ll prob be limited to reposting clips and reuploads. But regardless, this year has truly been the best for the account and hopefully it all goes up from here.
