I’m officially starting a new segment on my channel called “Gay in Nature” where we explore queerness through the animal kingdom and challenge the idea that LGBTQ+ identities are “unnatural.”
As someone deconstructing from religion and patriarchal conditioning, this series is part of my own unlearning and rebuilding. If nature is the blueprint, then queerness has always been here! Thriving, bonding, and existing without shame.

Title: When Faith Excuses Violence 🕊️
Somalia recently rejected a law that would have allowed women to marry at 18 — and instead reinforced that religious freedom only applies to Islam.
On the surface, it might look like a victory for “faith” or “tradition,” but for women and girls, it’s another reminder of how religion is often used to limit freedom instead of protect it.
What’s even more painful is how familiar this sounds.
Because while many Christians point fingers at Islam, they forget that their own holy books have justified the same violence — child marriage, silencing women, and excusing abuse — for centuries.
In my new video, I talk about this dangerous overlap across the Abrahamic religions, and how it continues to put women and children at risk today.
