lore (this is long and also go back to the previous post to see the full design):

The girl on the left is Elpis. Presently, she is part of the royal guard (probably a general) of the kingdom of Helia. The girl on the right is Solei, currently the queen of Helia.

I'm not quite sure of a lot of details yet but essentially, Elpis and Solei met when they were both around fourteen years old. Solei, the princess at the time, found a girl sneaking into the palace gardens. Covered in blood and with a haunted look in her eyes. This was Elpis.

Solei, after gaining Elpis' trust, brought her to her father. Elpis was welcomed into the kingdom, and since she had nowhere to stay, Solei managed to convince her father to let Elpis live with them.

I'm not sure what exactly happened to Elpis prior to meeting Solei, but something that ended up with her having to kill.

Solei is the stereotypical naive sunshine character. She also hates being a princess and wishes to explore. Elpis is quiet and traumatized, but grows comfortable and soft with Solei. Solei gives Elpis the nickname "El."

Solei inquires about what being outside of the palace is like. Elpis tells of simple things like rivers and villages and mountains.

Solei's father has Elpis and Solei train. Solei is trained in fighting because every royal should know the basics. Elpis hates fighting. It reminds her of what she had to do. But she realizes that if she trains to fight, she will be able to protect Solei. So she trains, and she excels. She is better than Solei at fighting. Solei loves fighting but isn't very good at it.

Solei's father does not like Elpis. I think.

Solei and Elpis grow up together. Times are simple, and the years fly by.

Then, something happens. Something horrible that ends up killing Solei's father and at least some of the blame falls on Elpis.

Solei becomes queen. She grows quiet and stern and dutiful. She is cold and she will no longer look Elpis in the eye. The weight of grief, something like betrayal, and her entire kingdom falls upon her shoulders.

Elpis is rattled with the loss of the Solei she knew. She is rattled with having been responsible for yet another death. But she throws her pain away, because danger is heading for Helia, and she must protect Solei, even if she won't even look at her.

Solei is crowned. Elpis is made general.

They live in the same palace, walk the same halls, and yet they cannot bear to speak to each other.

The shadows of their past together haunt the hallways they used to laugh in.

also the second slide is the first design i came up with in like the span of ten minutes with literally no reference so YEAH, goes to show what happens when you actually use references and know what you're doing and actually spend time on smth lol

au where serizawa is an international spy who's just infiltrated this party full of highly influential people after months of investigative work to make sure he's not caught in order to stop a terrorist plot that aims to kill everyone in this party (specifically a certain family, who's hosting the banquet/ball/party this year)

and then there's reigen. who snuck in on a whim with literally no difficulty whatsoever to advertise his scam business to rich people. and also accidentally got himself involved in a terrorist plot. woops.
