Blessings to all. What is shamanic practice? It is the understanding of the interconnectedness of all life and how to live with in this knowing. The ancient ones from all cultures knew about this interconnectedness which represents true oneness. It also means, the energy coursing through all of creation is the same, and we are all connected to this energy field. When we understand this fully, we can accept the various nature of all of creation - whether it is in animal form, or in plant and tree form and also in human form are all interconnected through this energy which is coursing through Gaia and which feeds and supports all of creation on her body.

The earth was designed to be a place for growth and to forge this understanding of oneness for when you become aware of this oneness, you are fully in your sacred divinity and in greater touch with the Divine Supreme Creator. If you observe, you will notice that all of creation on Gaia has a role to play - all, the birds, the animals, the plants and all, for all is contributing to the overall growth of the planet and its inhabitants.

Because of the great awakening on the planet which is going on in the planet at this time, there is a greater remembrance of who we are and more and more people are awakening to this inner knowingness of the interconnectedness and this is promoting many to look beyond the ordinary and embrace a more holistic way of life, by being in touch with all of creation and especially the nature and animal kingdom. This awakening is going on in all parts of the world and this is only going to accelerate and this is also called as Returning to the Oneness.

It is your soul remembering who you are. So shamanic way of life is simply living in harmony with all of Creation.

One of the important work you have come here to remember and do is to create balance. When nature is balanced, there will be balance in human beings. When the earth is balanced, it will affect the elements in the body, and it will create energetic imprints of balance and will trigger memory with harmony and balance. As you are all aware, the earth has dire need of balance and harmony at this time. Earth energy is directly affected by human beings and vice versal. You are all linked intimately with Gaia. It is time to remember this role of yours - to support in creating Balance on the earth body.

How can one start this process. First of all, it is to create balance within oneself, by discovering one's own self love and self respect and harmony within oneself. Then transferring that consciousness to all - whether it is human beings or the nature kingdom. Change starts with in always. Ask this question - How can I be in harmony and balance within myself and with the nature around me? Let your soul guide you in this.

RESONANT RESPONSE FREQUENCY

What is RRF? It is the frequency of the Universe which resonates with your Core Self. There are billions of frequencies in the Universe. But there will be many - between 12 and 36 which are in resonance with your particular Soul frequency.

MERGING

Through the eyes I saw my reflection and through my heart I saw my Soul’s reflection. In the merging of two, I saw myself as full and whole and in this divine embrace of the physical and non physical, I merged fully with Gaia and Spirit and I became both. My Spirit soared high and my eyes with this new vision saw immense beauty wherever I looked and my whole being sang a song of gratitude to the perfection of creation and to the Creator. I heard the whispering of the voice. I have created nothing which is not of beauty and beauty is who I am, and beauty is who you are.

I stood in silence and reverence. I placed my hand on my heart and whispered, I am beauty in its finest and the body garment I wear is perfect. I rejoiced in this new acceptance of me and again I heard the whispering voice say, in honouring you, you honour me, for we are ONE, we have been ONE and will be ONE into eternity.

Out came from my divinity the sacred word - YHWH ADONAI EL ALOYN - The Most High.

We commend you for that.Venus is also the home of many masters, and our Lord is the exalted master Sanat Kumara who rules with his beloved partner. Sanat Kumara in his compassion and benevolence has allowed our planet for you to have extended periods of lives in our planet so that you can rejuvenate and recoup your energy field for the work on the earth plane takes a heavy toll on human energy field and the auras can be damaged. So during the intervals of reincarnation on the earth plane, many souls come to Venus to recoup and once again be embraced and feel the love of their beloved soul.Also Venus is one of the places where you come (almost all the souls) before they take birth on the earth plane to be in full embrace of your divine love and also to be in the most loving company of your beloved guides and other supporting energies before you depart to take birth on the earth plane. This is also the place where you and your guides separate before you take the plunge to come to the earth plane and this is also the place where you are touched on your forehead by your master guide so that you forget who you are. This is also the place where you start to feel separation consciousness. From the most loving environment, now you are all alone and coming to the earth with only a fraction of your memory. This can be very scary for many, and it causes one to develop great fear even before one is born. This seed fear is carried throughout one's life. This seed exists as a seed atom and over time it has influenced many of your higher intelligence and your everyday existence. This seed fear is what drives many to constantly live in the three lower base chakras.What we have observed is that these three chakras affect a very large percentage of people on your earth plane including a large majority you call new age consciousness people. This seed fear drives human beings for it will constantly tug at the back of your mind about the need to survive alone and then this becomes the predominant motivation for living. How to survive and how to provide for our survival, first for us and then for our loved ones? This seed fear has caused all the major conflicts of the world and is still causing it.How does one get away from it or how can one overcome this seed fear? The seed fear we are taking about is not about food, but of abandonment. So the mind has devised its mechanism of survival by pushing the need to survive by focusing on food, clothing and shelter. But from our observation it is the consciousness of abandonment that is the strongest emotion in a human and this strong emotion affect all other emotions and thus in turn affect all the chakras and the geometric patterns in the body. Is there a way to overcome this feeling? This consciousness? Yes, we feel that there are certain exercises which can support very much to heal this consciousness of abandonment.This consciousness of abandonment is equally strong in both the male and the female. In the male, it comes out as a person who can provide and who can protect and if this were so, he will not be abandonment. For the female, it works in a little different way. For her not to feel abandonment, she needs to provide certain care to her male partner in terms of physical intimacy and emotional needs or support for the male. So in many cases, it becomes a barter to deal with this consciousness. I will give you something and you give me something else back and now we both need each other, and we will not be separate again and we will not be abandoned. This is also one of the reasons why couples would like to have children, so that they become the bridge between the parents so that if there is any talk of separation, then they can come in the middle and once again this fear of abandonment can be repulsed. This is also one of the reasons for marriage. It is rarely based on true love. Many a time it is a need fulfilment. (We are not against marriage but are stating the facts what we have observed over a long time).In this new consciousness, one must look deeply within and ask why am I doing this - any experience you create? What is driving me to create it? Is it bringing me into my passion or is it part of my need fulfilment? Whether it is in terms of garnering affection from our parents or other loved ones, if we are brutally honest, many a time you will notice that you are merely doing it for acceptance and when you are accepted, then you do not feel abandonment. This consciousness drives every aspect of our lives. Think about it, and your observation can change your life considerably.One exercise we would like to give is - drawing a house - a simple drawing in a piece of paper and let the house have a chimney on the top and also has some garden. Colour it if you like. Now imagine, a huge ball of light - like a balloon on top of this house - draw this also and see light coming from this huge balloon into the chimney and your entire house is filled with this light. This balloon of light is Venus and it is filling your house with it. This house is your birthing place - your mother's womb and it is now filled with light from Venus - soft purple in colour.

Now imagine or visualize that you are inside this house/womb and there is a star being formed inside this house/womb and you are being encircled by this star fully. You are fully inside this star. Now see this star slowly rising inside your house/womb and going into the two shoulders of your hands and also in the back of the neck and creating smaller stars in those places. Now see the original star entering your pineal gland and exploding with light and then your pineal gland taking the shape of the star and crisscrossing your entire body filling you with the light from the stars - soft purple colour. Let this colour fully saturate your entire body and also your auric field.

Now project this light at least 3 feet in front of you, back of you, both sides of you and creating a three feet wide circle around of you. Now you are in the Circle of Life. When you feel the circle complete, open both your palms and see light coming into your palms and igniting the inner flames which are there and see flames of light forming a circle in both your palms.

Now touch all the parts of your body with your hands - like gently massaging or patting all parts of your body. Do it with both hands. Do it also in the back of the body and in the front of the body. Your body will receive the energy from this Circle of Life and you will start to feel complete and whole. For you felt complete and whole before you left Venus to incarnate here.Do this exercise for a minimum of 3 days or 7 days and you will start to heal and you will be able to clearly perceive the change within you. More self assured, more confidence, faith and peace in oneself.

我們想和各位分享一個練習。請在一張紙上，畫一個簡單的房子。房頂上有煙囪，並有花園。如果你喜歡，你可以為它上色。請想像，在房子的上方，有一個像氣球一樣的巨大光球。畫出這個光球，並看見光從這個巨大的光球，進入煙囪。整棟房子充滿了光。這個光球來自金星，它正在以光填滿你的房子。這間房子是你出生的地方，也就是你母親的子宮。現在它充滿了來自於金星的柔和紫色光芒。請想像或觀想，你在這間房子/子宮內，而且其中有一顆星。你完全被這顆星包圍；你完全在這顆星辰之中。

現在看見這顆星在房子/子宮中緩慢地上升，並且進入了你的雙肩和頸部後方，然後形成較小的星星。看著原本的星星進入了你的松果體，並且爆發出光芒，然後你的松果體變成了星星的形狀，縱橫交錯地充滿你的整個身體。你的身體被柔和的紫色星光填滿。請讓這個色彩完全浸潤你的整個身體和光環場。

Blessed Souls, Healing is one of the most important works you have come here to do - Healing false belief systems about you and the Universe. We carry unhealed trauma and karmic imprints in all our innate bodies - emotional, mental, memory, physical, auric bodies and more. What is the great healing one can have? Healing the false belief of Separation and Illusions. All the spiritual tools available on the planet are for healing this important aspect for when we heal this, then all other healing will follow easily. Beliefs create strong imprint on the emotional body which will impact and create strong thought patterns about all aspects of our life.

There are many modalities for healing these imprints to suit a vast majority of people. Today we would like to bring some understanding about using the movement of the hands and painting as a tool for healing. Hand movements called Mudras have the capacity to shift dead or dormant energies for when we move our hands in a particular way, we are opening the energies in our auric bodies which then filters into the mental, emotional and physical bodies.

Painting is another form of healing as when we use our hands to paint using colors, we are giving intent to the body to shift the energy and when we use the colors, we are communicating to the innate bodies for the colors are the food for our soul and colors impact every aspect of our life. So when we paint, we express our Soul - the very essence of you. It also helps you to reconnect with your soul. When you paint with colors, your body remembers more and it will be expressed through your thoughts, feelings and actions.

Drawing and painting heals not only a broken heart but also helps bridge the gap between people. In painting there is no division - simply an expression of Soul. The same goes for music too - music does not heal but bridges the gap between people. Painting also helps in balancing the chakras, heal the traumas held in the womb and child birth and also in healing the inner child wounds.

In the webinar, we would expound more on this - how to draw with colors/paint with colors. When you draw/paint, use your vocal cord to hum or sing softly. The expression coming through your fingers will have more energy in it and the expression of the painting will also be of a profound nature.

In many ancient cultures, people paint their body with colors, and have you wondered why they do it? There are many reasons for it - the main being by painting the body in colors, they are aligning their physical body with the rhythm of the Earth and when the body is aligned with earth, then the innate bodies with in the physical body will also be aligned and in this alignment, you start to remember more of yourself and the Unity you hold within yourself.

For the webinar, we ask you to prepare, paper, color pens/pencils/paint.
