we need to stop using the word “depression” so freely.
don’t say your depressed undiagnosed .
i dont care how many tt or yt depression test u took. just stop..
its not ok.
this goes for BPD (borderline personality disorder), bipolar, etc.
i am not denying your story or what happened to you.
but PLEASE before you go around saying you’re depressed or have BPD or bipolar get professionally tested.
The reason for this is that saying ur depressed, etc. and not actually knowing is giving false information and can confuse people.
and on the occasion may offend people.
please try to get this to as many people as you can by reposting sending it to people whatever.
