We started the Believe Retreat because we noticed that the more we hustled to reach our goals, the more our health suffered. Our happiness suffered. Our creativity was drained. Even in this dark place there were lessons and opportunities to break out of the rut. We uncovered those by working together rather than feeling like we had to do it alone. We found that when you let your inner child out to play, when you let yourself just be, progress moves along faster.
