Our YouTube channel is hosting online mixing, recording and music production tutorials as well as livestream mixing sessions, Q&As and 1-on-1 mentoring with subscribers. It also showcases our recent works as well as behind-the-scenes video.
Studio 21:05 is wholly owned and managed by the members of Pop Shuvit (touted as Asia's leading hip-hop/rock band). Since our establishment in 2002, Studio 21:05 has spawned no less than a dozen #1 hits on Malaysian radio, and has collaborated with both regional and international artists from the US, UK, Canada, Japan, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan and Singapore. It is arguably one of the most sought after and prolific studios in the country with literally dozens of yearly releases and hundreds over the past decade or so.

Hello folks,
Darren Teh, frontman of Malaysian band, An Honest Mistake recently released a deeply personal project, Songs For My Father. It is a solo instrumental EP, consisting of tracks which came out after the passing of his father, George.
It was a heavy task of mixing the songs, as I had also attended the funeral. I pray that I did justice to the tracks and that the music will help anyone out there dealing with the similar process of grief. Here's the final track of the EP, which has the haunting voice recording that became the foundation of the song.

Woke up this morning to the terrible news that a good friend and incredibly talented performer had passed away. He was an amazing singer, songwriter and musician. I had the immense honor of working with Lotter and his brothers on The Divine Master's album; one of my proudest work. They were a band with a record that was way ahead of its time, perhaps way too ahead for audiences back then.
We had occasional conversations about making another record someday. Tragically that day will never come around. My heart & prayers goes out to his family and friends. May his legacy live on in his music and the lives he touched along the way.
Rest in peace brother.
