Great Nairobi East College

At Great Nairobi East College, we believe great service goes beyond just doing the job — it’s about listening, caring, responding and going the extra mile. 🤝🏽

This Customer Service Week, we celebrate everyone who makes the GNEC experience better — our students, parents, visitors, staff and stakeholders. 🫶🏽

💡 The Extra Mile: Transforming Public Service Through Customer Service Excellence.

Because sometimes, it’s the small things — a smile, a kind word, a helping hand — that make the biggest difference. ❤️

Happy Customer Service Week from GNEC! 🎉
Together, let’s create a better experience. 🧡💚

You chose electrical engineering because you liked technology… and now you’re fighting for your life over Kirchhoff’s laws. 😭

One minute you’re confidently connecting wires, the next you’re staring at the circuit like it personally betrayed you. Then somehow, after 3 hours, 17 calculations, and one questionable YouTube tutorial, the light finally comes on.

And suddenly you’re like: “Wait… I actually cooked.” 👨‍🍳⚡

Electrical engineering is stressful, confusing, exciting, and occasionally shocking — literally. But that’s the fun of it.

If it doesn’t work, troubleshoot. If it still doesn’t work… troubleshoot harder.
