MONIQUE TEPE & HER EX-HUSBAND’S DIVORCE CASE WAS NOT RE-OPENED IN 2025

Michael David McKee and Monique Tepe did not have their divorce case reopened in 2025 despite the entries that appear on their divorce docket.

Anyone can make a public record request to the court like I did in order to receive the 55-page case details of their divorce in PDF form.

Find the link to that document below.

Initially, the court sent me the incorrect divorce paperwork for a different couple with a similar case number with one digit left off the end.

Eventually, I got to the right person who sent me the correct paperwork and in those entire 55 pages I did not see any references to any 2025 actions in their divorce.
I reached out to a manager with the Franklin County Clerk of Courts, Domestic Relations Division headed by The Honorable Maryellen O’Shaughnessy for clarification.
Here is what was told, quoting her verbatim, by that manager when I emailed to clarify what the 2025 docket entries represented:

“There are no additional documents or actions on this case. I believe that the hearing that was put on 6/17/25 was put on the wrong case, so then it was stricken from the record. The actions on 7/2/2018 [are] done by the system. If there has not been any activity done in 366 days, then all attorneys are withdrawn automatically.”
