Recently, a tragic incident highlighted the devastating consequences of the misuse of laws like Section 498A. #Atulsubhash overwhelmed by harassment from his wife and in-laws through false accusations and relentless legal pressure, took his own life.
Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, introduced to protect women from cruelty and harassment within marriage, has been a crucial legal provision. However, its misuse has become a growing concern. In some cases, it has been used as a tool for personal vendettas or to harass innocent individuals, leading to undue stress, financial loss, and reputational damage. This misuse not only undermines the law’s original intent but also affects genuine victims who face greater scrutiny. Addressing this issue requires a balanced approach, ensuring justice for both victims of cruelty and those falsely accused.This heartbreaking incident underscores the urgent need to address the misuse of such laws, as it not only destroys reputations but also claims innocent lives. While laws aim to protect victims, their exploitation must be curbed to prevent such tragedies.

6. Calling and updating clients about case status
7. Calling prospective clients for case briefs

*Skill(s) required*

Hindi / English Proficiency (Spoken), Hindi / English Proficiency (Written) MS-Office, MS-Word

*What you learn?*

a. Drafting , researching
b. Filing and learning court processes
c. Liasioning and communication skills
d. Communication and mediation skills
e. Soft Skills
f. Court appearance and presentation
g. Exposure to live cases
h. Learn-the Art of argument/pleading/defending, etc.

*Who can apply*

* Male candidates only
* Can start from : Immediately
* Law interns can either be last year students or those who have passed out but still to appear for AIBE
* Juniors Advocates (0-2 years experience , For Distt & Session Court, Surajpur, Greater Noida and Sector 137 Noida office ) (preferably based in Noida)
* Junior Associates ( 0-2 years experience - Only for online training / works + paid appearances + already based in Saket Court, Patiala House Court , Tees Hazari Court, Karkardooma Court and Rohini Court + must have UPI / Paytm)
* Must mention your present address and what’s app number in Resume.

*Stipend*

Law Interns : Performance based / reimbursement for travel if any
Junior Advocates: ₹5100-₹10000 per month
Junior Associate Advocates (Delhi courts only) : ₹200-500 per appearance

For Interns only : You will get an internship certificate post completion of 3 months.
