🧘🏽♀️ Today’s Pose: Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose)
This pose is one of my go-to’s for releasing stress stored in the hips, shoulders, and spine especially after long days of creating, working, or just being human.
✨ Benefits of this pose:
✅ Deep shoulder + chest opening
✅ Hip and glute stretch (great if you sit a lot)
✅ Improves posture and spinal alignment
✅ Supports emotional release and inner calm
I love this pose because it reminds me that healing doesn’t have to be loud or fast. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is sit with yourself and breathe through the tightness physically and emotionally. 💫
