Holy hell—going through the process of playing and recording a guide for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 has been insane. The amount of backtracking for collectibles is overwhelming (kind of reminds me of Bayonetta 3). The combat is definitely an improvement over the first game, but the sheer number of collectibles is a lot—especially since you even have to break environmental objects for, well… more collectibles.
