Just a random guy on Youtube, documenting the journey.

About 8 years ago I graduated college with a degree in CIS, but wasn't passionate about climbing a corporate ladder. I decided to pursue my own path – online entrepreneurship (and I'm grateful every day that I did).

Over the last decade I have grown several Shopify print on demand stores to 6+ figure revenue. This completely changed my life, because I started with almost nothing.

I love teaching the fundamentals for POD sellers just getting started, as well as the advanced strategies for scaling up a brand.

Everything I teach you is either something I'm actively doing right now in my business, or a strategy from my experience as a full time print on demand seller and coach.

I truly hope my videos and rants help at least one person out there.

Big win for Tre, first sale followed by another while he was asleep! Tre joined OnDemand School as a beginner, now already getting sales in the first few weeks. Love to see it

This could be one reason why FB ads are struggling.

To prevent that...

Go to Customer events (search for it in the search bar at the top).

Then switch every value in the data column to Always on.

Do this on all your stores now…

Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones! β™₯οΈπŸ’š Wishing you abundance and success as we round out the year. Which AI made the best design? πŸ€”

Prompt: A minimalist illustration of a white duck with a brown beak and feet wearing a santa hat standing inside a metal cage with vertical bars. Christmas tree is knocked over off to the side. The duck is drawn in a simple, cartoon style with clean lines and solid colors. The cage has a gray metal door handle on the right side. The background is solid black, creating a stark contrast with the white duck. At the bottom of the image, there is white text that reads "Got Too Silly" in a bold, sans-serif font. The entire illustration has a clean, graphic design aesthetic with high contrast and simple elements.

Where are you currently selling your print on demand products? πŸ€”

If you're selling high-profit print on demand products like blankets or jewelry on Shopify...try this discount offer and watch your AOV and conversion rate soar... πŸš€

"Buy ANY 3 gifts, get $30 off"

You can set this up as a discount in Shopify by selecting "Amount Off Products" on the discounts dashboard.

If you follow how I have it setup in the screenshot attached to this post, it will automatically apply the $30 off at checkout.

This works because when selling gift-related products, many customers are shopping for multiple people.

Example. A father ALREADY wanted to buy 3 necklaces for their daughters...

So if we give them an incentive like an extra $30 off, we are rewarding them for something they already needed or wanted anyways...

It makes the customer feel like they're winning.

Now...you can take this even farther and setup automatic discounts for BUY4GET40, where they get $40 off any 4 items in your store.

And continue creating automatic discounts until you have something like buy 12 gifts, get $120 off.

You would be surprised how many people will go on a shopping spree to continue "saving" with each added unit...

...but you're profiting more and more from each unit they buy.

It's such a simple addition. But it can make a huge difference.

Example:

Customer orders 7 items, they save $70 and spend a total of $381.50

Costs: my print on demand supplier charges for those 7 items = $140 + $10 shipping

I keep $231.50 in PROFIT...from an order that we never have to create because our print-on-demand supplier creates and ships it out for us.

So try it out...I think you'll see your conversion rate, average order value, and profit increase.

If you want to learn exactly how to do this the right way going into 2026, checkout my private community for print-on-demand sellers.

This community is perfect for someone that wants to start, scale, or fix their POD business.

It's also a perfect community for anyone trying AI arbitrage and monetized their skills with tools like Nano Banana Pro, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.

You can learn more about what's offered in that community, here - www.skool.com/ondemand/about

Hope this helps you earn more profit! Sending good vibes your way ✌️

Which AI image model did it best? πŸ€” Prompt below!

Prompt: Generate a digital illustration of a gaming-themed version of The Great Wave off Kanagawa, featuring a toad wearing headphones and holding a gray video game controller. The toad is drawn in a cartoon style with brown and beige coloring, sitting in a cross-legged position on a red wooden surface. The background shows the iconic wave from Hokusai's painting, rendered in black and white with white foam. A large red sun dominates the upper portion of the image. The right side contains vertical Japanese text "ゲームカエル" in black. The entire illustration is set within a rectangular frame with a textured, aged appearance. The toad has large, expressive eyes and a content expression while wearing large, orange headphones. The controller is a classic-style gray game controller with visible buttons and a cord. The overall color palette consists of red, brown, black, and white, with the red sun and wooden surface providing strong contrast against the darker elements.
