The artwork from today's short was of my mermaid OC, Shark. I made her earlier this year near end of summer, mostly to take my mind off the heat but I ended up getting a bit carried away and doing a whole scene haha

This was the artwork for the most recent short, about Voidstar and it's setting! This is Avernix, the main antagonist of the series.

Her previous design wasn't quite conveying the vibe I wanted her to give off, so I tried redeigning her, but tbh I'm not super pleased with how this turned out so I'll probably do another iteration later lol.
At the time I drew it, I'd just converted my work PC over to Linux and I hadn't properly installed the GPU drivers, so I spent the entire time I was drawing fighting atrocious lag (I'm honestly amazed it wasn't more visible in the video 😂)

Since people said they were interested in seeing the artworks from the videos and shorts, here's the finished artwork from the Forever-Bandage Trope short

This is Migli, she was one of my first D&D/Pathfinder characters and she's one I often come back to. I re-made her earlier this year so that she works with Pathfinder 2e's mechanics without needing any homebrew extras, and decided to redraw her.

(Sitting here with my fingers crossed hoping that the "preview" isn't just a crop lol)

Oh wow, there’s a lot of new folks here! Hello!
Thank you so much to everyone who liked and interacted with the last short, I kind of assumed that it wasn’t going to do well because I haven’t been posting here much lately and didn’t really check on it until today, so that was a very pleasant surprise!

I think I mentioned this on some other platforms, but I’m looking into finding a dedicated place for people to ask follow up questions and stuff where there’s less of a chance that things will get lost like they tend to in comment sections. Until I find one, if you do have any questions about writing amputee characters, the best place to ask is probably my Writing Disability Tumblr account, I have an ask box there where you can leave your questions!

The next short that’s going up is an art-related video, but there will be more dedicated disability advice shorts coming next week!

For anyone who read through all of this waffling, I just noticed I can post images here using posts, would posting the finished images you see in the background of each video be something you’re all interested in?
