I wrote this EP in a week right after I had my heart broken. I felt paralysed, I couldn’t eat sleep or even go outside. So I spent every second channeling my pain into music and pouring my heart out into these songs - healing myself. I wouldn’t have been able to make it out without the support of my friends and all you amazing people. So truly thank you for listening and caring because I wouldn’t be able to live this dream without you. 🫶
I’ve always played guitar when I felt lost and anxious - so at the time I was making this (duet me) guitar I genuinely felt so lost and unsure about my future. When I posted that and a few days later I saw DVRLENE’s duet of it I instantly felt a connection and just felt like someone out there was just as lost as I was.
The cover art was referencing the duet me video with DVRLENE but it was also to show how people from all different places in the world can feel lost. I hope this song lets you all know that you're not the only ones lost and worried about the future.
