Hey guys! My name is Matt Smith. I made this channel a couple of years ago to share my experiences with building a home service company. I've been blessed to have built a larger size exterior cleaning company here in Michigan. On this channel, I teach you a lot of things I have learned along the way in hopes to help you avoid some pitfalls I've walked through.
Although I still own my home service business, I spend very little time actually being an operator in it. Our company is very systemized and I'm blessed to be able to pursue other ventures.
