Ive had a lot of genuinely lovely compliments about my physique lately which im not gonna lie is always nice especially when it comes from my fellow gym peers…

I know I’ve made some decent gains over the past twelve months but I didn’t realise how much till I was looking back through my camera roll the other day and was like “damn” maybe I have made more progress than I first thought.

Just goes to show because we see ourselves everyday we don’t realise how much progress we’ve actually made and we do have to look back to see how far we’ve come.

Progress pictures are so valuable for this, clothing is another good gauge too when you need to buy a whole new wardrobe because nothing fits anymore. What was that “shopping spree” how terrible.

Progress takes time, but time moves fast. Keep in mind this is all years in the making. Keep chipping away and stay consistent and the gains will come! ✊🏽
