[heads up, this will be a long read]

in light of my next song being live in a week, i better update the Partways audience
(for reasons i'll acknowledge in the end of post, admittedly didn't feel like doing this)
so here's updates

1. hhHEADSPINNINGgg (as previewed in my PMD Day recap) will be live in October 7!
a lot of my subscribers i think come from either my Black Knife soundfont cover, or the Don't Ever Feel Alone! EP that heavily uses the soundfont, so it may be weird that the song as thanks for 1k subs will be one that's more electronic dance music than soundfont...
but i still hope you enjoy the song like you do the other stuff i put out, heck you may even consider the song as me being the vylet pony of pmd (i only listened to like two vylet pony songs don't trust me on comparisons)
the song is heavily influenced by the PMD2 partner character as you will hear in the lyrics and almost see in the music video coming up :>

2. if i don't feel too messed up in the last few months of 2025
you can definitely expect note one but TWO chapters from my upcoming pmd fanfic!
it's called "Special Episode 6: Skyhunters!" and it will feature the eevee and vulpix that's been featured in my tunes lately
i really hope you can spare some time to read it once it comes out, i'm very unconfident in my writing but i still hope you enjoy it

also you can also expect not one but TWO deltarune soundfont covers if i don't collapse ahah
it'll actually be a double upload, and maybe i'll make a playlist out of the covers so far

it's one of those things i (really) should think about more, i have got to let this sink in
so it's a little ironic that i've at the same time entered another phase of my life where i feel like i don't deserve love, and i actually feel more neglected or hated more than ever because of real life and online spaces
like idk i'm very thankful that some of you would consider me to be the king of pmd soundfonts or remixes, but if i have to be real, most of the time i actually feel like the outsider of the community
note that i might still have to keep my distance if you try approaching me as a friend because i'm bad at socializing anyway and because i know about youtubers who wants to be friends with their audience and most turn out ugly

tl;dr self-loathing has come back with a vengeance
but hopefully i can persevere and i can still work on pmd music

but i truly consider myself blessed that the channel actually made it here
i'm just hoping life becomes kinder to me, and somehow i can be kinder to myself

okay it's been
huh not too long but i feel like sharing something would be cool, at least a follow up on the recent poll
so

1. thanks a bunch everyone for considering my nervous wreck
maybe i'll give the partways server another chance later down the line, but you can always check out Pokemon Workshop! (discord.gg/pokemon-workshop-683557579590467606)
it has a lot of talented musicians and pmd fans and i occasionally pop in to share things or say something snarky
if u can get used to the usual behaviors of places outside music-general it's not a bad place to check out!

ok yall, ik you want a discord server
but here's some things



1. i kinda want to send an invite to either skytemple or pokemon workshop instead
i mean i get it, people like what this project specifically brings, but ngl i'd feel self-conscious.. oh well i needa get over it



2. this isn't my only music project; while i could easily send the existing server associated with my other music,
that server is more focused on my oc story, and i think you guys like pmd more
but if i make a separate server, i'd need to run both of them (at least set up the potential partways one first)


3. i think i'm worse than socially inept, i'm pretty sure i intentionally avoid people because i always think talking leads to no good
but dang if i haven't been online for like a decade and still haven't lost all my faith



so yeah i'm gonna set up a poll rq, the fate of a potential parpmd2 discord server rests in your hands

there are THREE announcements below
that i am writing at 1 am in the morning

1. individual songs from the Don't Ever Feel Alone! EP are scheduled to release soon!
this means no need to keep reaching for the timestamp in the yt stream. this is not something i usually do, but i will do what i can for

2. my 270+ subs!
truth to be told i am actually dang surprised this project like. TRIPLED in growth over an urge to create songs for the pmd2 partner after playing the paralyzed future arc
there's no way i can express it better, thank you so much everyone for the support! you have my word that i will at least be daydreaming about working on the partways project~ (but then again i made like hundreds of pmd2-styled sound design so i could actually be doing something)

so yeah moral of the lesson is admire the pmd2 partner

3. happi yun the eevee as a token of appreciation (edits by me!!)
LORE DROP: Yun is a pure-hearted (and slightly mischevious) Eevee, and Rin the Vulpix's partner.
No one knows where Yun comes from.
(think hero/partner : yun/rin, altho we know partner is the real mc)

One day, she mysteriously entered the "deconstructed reality" of a Mystery Dungeon room where an unknown Pokémon passed down "sinister powers" to her. These powers do not belong to the Pokémon world.
