It’s been quiet on my channel, but there’s been lots of excitement at my home! We welcomed our third son a couple weeks ago, with me, baby, Alex, and all the big siblings doing very well.

Prayers welcome as we transition to a big, happy family of six! And patience, as it’ll probably be a little while before my next video. 😂

Every year, I ask my subscribers questions about their values, struggles, ideas, and goals when it comes to their money to help me plan out what kind of videos to make throughout the year. 

For example, last year's survey is what lead me to create my best video of 2024, "93% of People Don't Grocery Shop This Way." It also helped me ditch ideas I thought people might like, but clearly no one wanted (like my very short-lived plan for making a Youtube membership plan or a series on budget Costco shopping tips 😂)

Heads up for my frugal friends with kids or grandkids! This week is Target’s car seat recycling program, where they’ll give you a 20% off coupon for bringing in an old car seat, booster seat, or base. Coupon only good for certain baby products.

I found this booster seat with a free sign on the side of the road a few months ago, and I’ve been saving it for this very moment.

You can also stack coupons and deals with this! So I saved $72 yesterday on a new Graco toddler car seat (since car seats are one of the few things I’ll never buy used).
