Welcome to the channel of the Shaolin Xinyiba Research Society. We are dedicated to sharing, preserving, and promoting true, traditional Shaolin Kung Fu boxing and Xinyiba.
Our academy, the Shaolin Traditional Wushu Institute, is an affiliate of the research society. It is a small kung fu school between the Shaolin Temple and the town of Dengfeng, dedicated to sharing ancient knowledge that was handed down from master to disciple for centuries. Most of the videos on our channel were filmed in the school, or in the surrounding areas.

Our book "The Essentials of Shaolin Kung Fu" is finally available on our online academy.

It's the only english translation of the ancient Kung Fu manuscripts of Wang Zhicheng from the early Qing dynasty, and includes other Qing dynasty manuscripts as well as writings of Yang Guiwu.

We expect the first full course of the online academy, which will address many fundamental aspects of our practice, to be ready in early september. Once the travel restrictions for China are lifted, we'll be back at the school in the blink of an eye, to work on further courses - including in-depth tutorials for various forms, weapons, and skill-building methods.
