Alright just came back from school so here's a quick rant abt it (it might not be that quick lets be honest)
So first thing we were all escorted to our classes and everyone from my class (and other classes) is from all different schools in the city so no one really knows each other. I only had two people from my old school that I knew in my class so I soent the most time with them while also TRYING to talk to new people. It was a pretty quick and easy day they didn't have us do much our homeroom teacher just came in and introduced himself along with a few of our other teachers like math, physics and pe teacher and we introduced ourself to them. They barely had us do any work since it was the first day and let us go home a bit early so that was pretty good. My new classmates well they seem pretty nice overall. However everyone had someone or a few ppl from their old school that they new so they all spent time mostly talking with the ppl they already new while no one really talked to new ppl since we were all pretty shy. I tried opening up to some of them and they let me in they were pretty nice, however they still spent most of their time talking with the ones they already knew. Understandable tbh. I also mostly spent my time talking with the 2 ppl from my old school aswell (obviously during the breaks when the teachers weren't in class) but yeah I can still feel the absence of my old classmates just the fact that everyone was always laughing and talking to everyone, I wasn't used to all that silence and I hope we will end up warming up to each other in the weeks to come.
Overall it was a pretty good day not the worst experience but definitely not the best just hoping the friendships situation gets better. Yeah thanks for reading all that (if u did) I didn't think it would be that long but yeah that's about it.
