I have changed my second account to fit my new life and goals @LaurenIsSwimming I am going by my legal name because I have found the identity that fits me and no longer wish to change it I will be making positive videos about my current joy and health without needlessly making my past the meaning of my future
How come when you mention mental health especially in the past tense everyone starts giving you advice like “definitely try therapy and don’t be too hard on yourself” I’m being DISMISSED from therapy for being too self aware and I’m too damn soft on myself I can’t even say anything about my past because people start recommending DBT like girl I’ve been there done that or “try Iamsober” I’m a YEAR clean why can’t anyone listen to someone talk about anything regarding any form of mental health problems without assuming the mental health problems are something that person still carries “Yea I was in the hospital for self mut 11 months” “Omg one thing that really helped me was holding ice cubes you should try it sometime!!” “I was released four years ago” “Oh well what medications are you on” “I’m on three and getting off of them all atm” “Oh you shouldn’t do that depression is super roughy unmedicated” “IM NOT CURRENTLY SUFFERING FROM DEPRESSION AS I WAS IN THE PAST PLEASE STOP GIVING ME ADVICE ON MY MENTAL HEALTH WHEN I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE SINGLE PROBLEM I CSNNOT HANDLE” “You should try cbt for your anger outbursts” “IVE BEEN IN IT FOR AKMOST TRN YEARS DIEEEE EIIDIEIIEIEIEIEIEI”
All the words I had blocked on my channel just to keep myself sane from being accused of crimes against children as a literal child (literally the dumbest shit ever) to people attempting to indoctrinate me to being called “mommy” at 15 to people telling me I inspired them to start sh <3
Butterfly effect: when anything could have changed what happened but it happened anyways.
If I moved to a different house I would not have met my bf If I didn’t offer Skylar a ride I wouldn’t have met my bf If I left a few minutes later I wouldn’t have met him
Domino effect: When everything falls on each other and basically creates a chain reaction.
I’m prone to addiction I was around too many people who vape I continuously go back to vaping I cannot seem to stop the habit

Note to self for when I say “I wonder why I have bpd I can’t really think of any specific trauma”:
Alana: 🪦
“Hey we’re gonna go visit your old psychiatrist for a med update” *gets institutionalized for the 12th time*
“Wow I’m very happy in this relationship” *realizes it was all a ploy to control me through addiction and use my bpd as a glue*
*in hospital* “wow I’m really close to you!!” *leaves* x150
Thank you for coming to my ted talk
Also should I make a final long form video about my general experience on YouTube?
